Qualifications:

At least five years relevant experience working in Consumer Packaged Goods Industry. Loyalty Industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

There are six primary job responsibilities in this role:

• Development of internationally recognized marketing campaign to establish KULA Codes as the CPG Industry Standard for Giving

• Creation and management of business development organization surrounding KULA Codes

• Process development and best practices creation to ensure growth and stability of KULA Codes organization

• Lead recruitment of KULA Codes partner organizations alongside KULA Executives

• Recruit, hire and mentor KULA Codes sales-team

• Track and run root-cause analysis of departmental successes and failures
