Oracle Functional Analysts
Location: Chicago north suburbs
Salary: $95K - $105K

Must have manufacturing or supply chain experience.

Candidates wanted with strong experience of Oracle Financial modules or Oracle Manufacturing / Supply Chain modules.

Description:
Play an integral role in coordinating and developing solutions to fit business process and information challenges. Work closely with Senior Management, Continuous Improvement Specialists, Oracle Developers, Super Users, Users to this end. Build business case backed by metrics and ROI, build consensus amongst business community regarding solutions. Apply professional project management skills and area specific process and Oracle technical knowledge to plan and execute projects.

Qualifications Required:
• Bachelors in IT or Business (related to specific Oracle process flow)
• 5 years+ business process mapping/engineering experience in manufacturing environment
• 5 years+ specialized Oracle technical and functional experience in financials, manufacturing or supply chain modules.
• Oracle application implementation experience
Responsibilities:
• Identify business data and process issues for improvement
• Translate Information Technology initiatives into tangible business benefits backed by metrics and ROI
• Build consensus amongst business community resolution areas and approach to improvement
• Plan implementation: Methods/approach. Roles/responsibilities. Resources. Commitments. SLA's. Scope: definition, management. Deliverables. Timelines
• Lead/execute plan
• Analysis. Current state, future state, gap. Software fit analysis. Business process analysis. Application technical architecture
• Design. Business process. Software configuration. Customization. Reports
• Build. Test: CRP testing cycles. Data configuration. Reports
• Procedure development. Training. Implementation
