Director, Network Operations
This is an opportunity to join a high performing team, growing due to an increasing market share for its products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• All aspects of daily operation of Data Centers. System Expansion, Upgrades, Problem Resolution
• Responsible for best practices and executing standard operating procedures
• Responsible for achieving Service Quality & System Availability targets (SLA)
• Planning, Budgeting, and Implementation for Data Center acquisition and expansion
• Managing and growing a geographically distributed team. Will coach and mentor team members
• Must lead by example, with direct personal involvement in operations activities

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 5+ years of network design, implementation, and support in a management role
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with network equipment (Firewalls, Load Balancers, Routers, Switches) and servers operating in a Unix environment (preferably Solaris and Linux), or comparable experience operating Telecom systems
• Experience operating high availability systems
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and perform well under pressure.
• Excellent communication and managerial skills
• B.S. Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Travel up to 20% may be required
