We are a legit startup in the midwest, recently selected as a semifinalist for TechCrunch’s 40 hottest stealth startups in the world.

This position will start as a freelance contract with a minimum 2 months work. If you and your work are successful you will likely receive a full time offer in Chicago. Telecommuting is OK for freelance work.

What we're looking for:
- Smart, passionate people
- PHP 4/5 as a primary language
- Appreciation and use of great design and standards
- Able to work full hours per week
- People who eat APIs for breakfast and know what MVC is
- Experience with remote dev teams and *fast* paced environments

Extra credit:
- Experience with RoR, Java, Python, and other OOPs
- Experience with startups or advertising industry
- Involvement in open source or local development community
