The Technical Support Specialist provides hardware and software support to all employees with a high level of customer service orientation. It also is cross-trained to back up other positions within the IT Department. This position interacts with colleagues in a team setting and facilitates the mission and core values of the Firm by maintaining positive contact with all staff and observing confidentiality of client and employee information.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, Saturdays as needed
